Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Data Security portfolio. You will define the long-term strategy for data protection across endpoint, cloud, SaaS, and AI environments, influencing across the organization with executive presence.

You will steer a high-growth product team and partner with GTM to create market-leading products that protect customers at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep domain expertise in data security, cloud security, or adjacent markets.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, complex product portfolios in a high-growth enterprise environment.
• Experience building and scaling global product teams.
• Comfort operating across global time zones with occasional international travel.
• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Set Product Vision: Define and own multi-year data security product strategy.
• Executive Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of senior product managers.
• Cross-Functional Ownership: Align Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and GTM.
