Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Executive Director-Clinical Care Integration to lead the implementation of playbook initiatives aimed at achieving success in value-based care performance. This role requires guiding programs and projects with cross-functional teams and providing data-driven insights to senior leaders to drive transformational change aligned with Mercy's Model of Care and Brand Experience.

The position is hybrid/onsite in Chesterfield, MO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business or Healthcare Administration.
• 5 years of experience in leadership or healthcare.
• Master's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Experience in population health or value-based care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of playbook initiatives to achieve success in value-based care performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional and cross-community teams across ministry and population health programs.
• Provide data, analysis and tools to identify issues, and develop action plans to achieve playbook goals.
• Collaborate with senior and executive leaders to drive transformational change aligned with Mercy Model of Care and Brand Experience.

Education
