Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a senior leader to shape the multi-year evolution of our Consumer & Community Banking Strategy.

Based in New York, you will lead strategic vision, operating model choices, and a high-performing team of strategists across product, technology and AI-enabled initiatives. You will partner with the CEO, COO, CIO and other senior executives to align initiatives with business goals, monitor market trends, and drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

10+ years in strategy/management consulting at senior levels with senior executives.
Ability to translate complex topics for non-technical audiences to support decisions.
Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Defines and drives multi-year strategies for product and technology operating models.
Monitors market developments, competitors, and regulatory shifts to refine paths.
Partners with C-Suite and COO/CIO to deliver a high-impact strategy book of work.
Collaborates with product, technology, finance, HR, and communications teams.
Builds and leads a high-performing strategists team.
Provides updates to senior stakeholders including the CEO and leadership team.
Coordinates significant deliverables with timely completion and quality.
Crafts and delivers executive communications and presentations.
