• Ten years minimum in capital planning management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Capital Planning & Facilities Operations programs to support goals and financial objectives.
• Leads construction project management, space planning, and facility properties.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Builds relationships with construction firms, regulatory agencies, and vendors.
• Partners with leadership to maximize economies of scale and drive efficiency.
