Job summary

White River Assisted Living seeks an Executive Director – Assisted Living (Project Management) to lead operations and actively drive sales and census growth for a 54‑unit community. This role combines hands‑on oversight with strategic referrals and lead conversion to achieve occupancy targets.

Collaborate with the PACS regional team to ensure regulatory compliance, maintain quality care, and manage the budget. Requires a Bachelor’s degree; ED licensing; Master’s degree / MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; ED licensing required.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Experience leading a senior living community is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Steer sales performance, target occupancy, and revenue goals.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial health of the community.
• Lead and develop staff; monitor HR and risk management matters.
• Build relationships with local leaders and hospital partners.
