Formación

• Master’s degree required.
• Four years of leadership in business development, sponsored projects, nonprofit, or research administration.
• Experience with budget development and revenue modeling.
• Experience with grants or contracts or fee-for-service programs.
• Proven ability to collaborate with universities, government agencies, nonprofits, industry partners, and public-sector organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with the Board to set strategic goals and oversee execution.
• Develop and manage a sustainable operating model with revenue-generating programs.
• Manage external partnerships and client relationships across sectors.
• Support contract research, STTR/SBIR-adjacent work, and sponsored projects.
• Oversee training, certification, and other revenue-generating programs.
• Ensure financial management and sustainability of the Institute.
• Coordinate governance and cross-unit collaboration to position the Institute regionally.
