Job summary

Sapphire at Bridgecreek Memory Care in Lebanon, Oregon, seeks an Executive Director/Administrator to lead an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role oversees operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and culture, ensuring top-tier resident care and occupancy growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Housing.
  • Proven knowledge of State Administrative Rules for Community-Based Care.

  • Strong regulatory and survey readiness knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure documentation standards support resident care and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain policies, quality assurance, and risk management processes.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain qualified team members.
  • Provide leadership and accountability to department managers.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and service excellence.
  • Ensure staff training meets state requirements, including dementia care training.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Develop and manage operating budget.
  • Monitor expenses, revenue, labor management, and census.
  • Drive occupancy growth through collaboration with sales and marketing.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels aligned with resident acuity.
  • Ensure compliance with state Memory Care endorsement standards.
  • Support family engagement and communication.
  • Ensure appropriate behavioural health supports and interventions.
  • Foster a safe, welcoming, and service-oriented environment.
  • Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support quality-of-life initiatives and resident engagement programs.
  • Oversee daily operations of Assisted Living and Memory Care.
  • Monitor quality indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain informing physician and pharmacy relationships.
  • Ensure emergency preparedness and safety protocols are current.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must hold current state Residential Care Facility Administrator (RCFA) license.

  • Demonstrated financial management experience.
