Key Qualifications:
  • Leadership Excellence: You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best – Build Team

  • Operational Mastery: Your expertise spans all aspects of senior living management, from operations and healthcare to customer service and fiscal responsibility – Build EBITDAR
  • Strong Relationship Builder: You build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the greater community
  • Bachelor’s degree required: Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
  • Licensed Assisted Living Administrator required
