This role offers the opportunity to lead a trusted, community-based organization committed to reproductive justice, equity in family building access, and advocacy for change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization through the next phase of implementing our strategic plan and mission-driven growth, in partnership with the established Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers
  • Cultivate a strong and transparent working relationship with the Board of Directors
  • Represent AllPaths publicly, including as media spokesperson and at events

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support annual operations and organizational initiatives
  • Lead fundraising efforts, including major gifts, grants, events, corporate sponsorships, and donor cultivation
  • Build relationships with donors, foundations, and partners

Operations & Program Oversight

  • Oversee AllPaths programs and staff
  • Cultivate a supportive, inclusive culture for staff, volunteers, and the community

Finance & Administration

  • Prepare and manage the annual budget with fiscal discipline and transparency ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Oversee overall compliance, financial planning, recordkeeping, reporting, and legal and regulatory requirements in collaboration with outsourced accounting and legal support

Board & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders
  • Support and engage with the Board on building organizational governance capacity and strategic initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Personal and professional commitment to reproductive health, equity, and inclusive family building
  • Proven nonprofit leadership experience (especially in program oversight, fundraising, or operations)
  • Skilled in donor cultivation, grant writing, and sustainable revenue planning
  • Proficient with technology including Google Workspace and virtual meeting platforms
  • Demonstrated ability as a collaborative leader, emotionally intelligent communicator, and effective relationship‑builder
  • This is a part-time (20-30 hours per week), non-exempt position with an hourly range of $46-60 determined by relevant experience and qualifications as well as the needs of the organization
  • Benefits: Flexible schedule, paid time off, 5% employer non‑elective contribution to a SIMPLE IRA
