The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, strong advocacy, effective communication, and organizational direction to advance NJASA’s mission, strengthen member engagement, and support public education across New Jersey.

The successful candidate will bring significant leadership experience, strong political and policy acumen, the ability to build trusted relationships across differing perspectives, and the credibility to represent school leaders throughout the state. Success New Jersey superintendent experience strongly preferred.
