Description: FFF is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization operations, fundraising, and community programs. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving the success of our annual fundraiser and building FFF's presence and impact in the community throughout the year. Additionally, FFF plans to expand its reach statewide with organizing efforts beginning this winter and launch planned for 2027. The annual fundraiser event itself will remain based in Sublette County. The ideal candidate combines strong event production and vendor management skills, with genuine passion for our mission and the Sublette County community, plus the vision and organizational skills to help lead this expansion.
