Executive Director – Philadelphia Parking Authority

The Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA), one of the most dynamic public agencies in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, seeks an exceptional Executive Director to lead its next chapter.

PPA is far more than a parking agency. With over 1,000 employees, a $351 million annual operating budget, and a mandate spanning urban mobility, automated traffic enforcement, rideshare regulation, EV infrastructure, and airport operations, PPA is a cornerstone of Philadelphia’s public safety and economic vitality. Reporting to a six-member Board of Directors, the Executive Director serves as PPA’s chief executive and public face, overseeing all operations, stewarding key government relationships, leading a diverse and unionized workforce, and driving the agency’s strategic vision forward.
