Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY

The Executive Director-Service Line functions in a dyad leadership role with service line physician partners to provide strategic, programmatic, and operational oversight of their assigned clinical programs across all SJHS regional sites of care. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall growth and development of the service line and its associated clinical programs including the development and execution of an annual operating plan. They work collaboratively across the continuum of care with health system leaders to achieve strategic and growth objectives as well as meet quality, safety, patient experience, operational, and financial goals.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES

Education: Bachelor's degree in arts or sciences required, master's degree in business administration, Health Administration, or Science of Nursing, preferred. Licensure/Certification: CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days Experience: At least 10 years of previous job-related experience required, including five years of managerial experience.
