Executive Director – One Eighty

One Eighty is a Christ-centered recovery ministry in Davenport, Iowa, equipping people with addiction who are facing crisis, poverty, incarceration, or homelessness to experience lasting transformation through healthy community, meaningful work, and a life of hope in Christ. Over the past sixteen years, the ministry has grown from a grassroots effort into a thriving nonprofit with a $1.47 million annual budget, 33 staff members, and 26 properties supporting residential recovery and stability housing. Each year, One Eighty serves hundreds of individuals through its year‑long residential recovery program, stability housing for graduates, workforce‑readiness enterprises, and youth outreach initiatives, with 583 people served in 2025 alone. Located in Davenport, Iowa, and serving the broader Quad Cities region, the organization operates a comprehensive residential recovery program, stability housing, and social enterprises designed to foster long‑term sobriety and personal restoration.

Core Responsibilities

The next Executive Director will serve as the ministry’s chief spiritual, strategic, and operational leader—stewarding this beloved organization while strengthening systems, partnerships, and long‑term sustainability to expand the ministry’s impact across the Quad Cities for years to come.

Key duties include:

• Stewarding the organization’s vision, values, and mission, ensuring alignment with Christian principles.
• Providing strategic leadership to grow the ministry’s services, programs, and impact.
• Managing operations, including financial discipline, governance, and program clarity.
• Protecting the heart of the organization while ensuring long‑term health, accountability, and measurable impact.
• Preserving the relational, peer‑based recovery model while fostering system‑based sustainability.
• Serving as a Christ‑centered shepherd, strategist, and communicator in all interactions with staff, partners, and the community.
