About Camp for All Kids: Camp for All Kids provides pathways to the transformational experience of sleepaway camp for Black and Brown youth while fostering inclusive and equitable camp communities.
Our Campership Program provides renewable annual scholarships for elementary and middle school aged youth to attend 4- and 8-week sessions of overnight camp at our seven partner camps in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Our Four Star Fellowship (4SF) Program is an immersive overnight summer camp program that brings underserved high school aged youth and their year-round mentors together for transformative outdoor experiences, leadership development, and activities that encourage and strengthen lasting relationships.

Position Overview: The Executive Director will serve as the organization’s leader, working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, partner camps, school & community partners, and other key stakeholders to implement and strengthen a strategic vision that ensures Camp for All Kids’ continued success and growth.
The Executive Director will supervise multiple staff positions (currently 4) to ensure the development, growth and execution of program-level strategies. He or she will leverage the expertise that each employee brings to their role, harness the diverse skill set of the organization’s Board of Directors, spearhead and execute fundraising initiatives, and cultivate relationships with CFAK’s partners, donors and supporters.
