Job summary

The Idaho Conservation League (ICL) seeks a dynamic leader or leadership team to guide the organization to its next chapter. The Executive Director or Co-Executive Directors will oversee administration, programs, fundraising, and community engagement, implementing and measuring progress toward the strategic plan.

They report directly to the Board of Directors and help advance Idaho’s conservation priorities.

Qualifications

• The organization seeks a leader with strategic vision and governance experience.
• Experience in nonprofit management and fundraising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee administration and program delivery aligned with strategic goals.
• Implement and measure progress toward the strategic plan.
• Lead fundraising efforts and partnership development to sustain and grow the organization.
• Advance community engagement and represent ICL to stakeholders and partners.
• Report to the board of directors and collaborate with committees.

The Idaho Conservation League (ICL) is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven leader or leadership team to guide the organization to its next chapter.

We are open to receiving applications from individual candidates interested in the Executive Director role, as well as pre-formed co-director teams who wish to apply as Co-Executive Directors.

The Executive Director or Co-Executive Directors are responsible for developing and covering administration, programs, implementing and measuring progress towards the strategic plan, fundraising, partnership development, and advancing community engagement.

The Executive Director or co-Executive Directors report directly to the Board of Directors.
