Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service in fine dining/executive service.
• Makes it easy to describe menus and drink preparation (non-alcoholic/alcoholic).
• Knowledge of food principles and customer service standards.
• Skilled in standard fine dining service techniques.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues and stay professional at all times.
• Capable of taking reservations, managing phone etiquette, and seating arrangements.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy when serving.
• Familiar with dining POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Comply with SERV Safe and HACCP programs and principles.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally per company policy.
• Maintain room presentation and sanitation standards.
• Assist during emergencies or rush periods as needed.
• Coordinate with guests to record drink and food orders.
• Maintain inventory of beverages and food items; keep stock full.
• Assist guests and answer inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables.
