Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in Dallas seeks an Executive Concierge to provide outstanding support to executives, handling day-to-day activities so leaders can focus on running the business. You will drive to locations to deliver and pick up items, maintain confidentiality at all times, and perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Overview

The Executive Concierge provides outstanding service to executives by handling day-to-day activities which allows executives to focus on running the business.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to executives
• Drive to locations to deliver and pick up needed items
• Maintain confidentiality 100% of the time
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
• Must have a car and be willing to drive
• Clean driving record

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
