Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, advertising, marketing, public relations, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years of related experience in corporate communications, executive communications, journalism, or politics.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives in high-visibility environments.
• Ability to translate complex business issues into clear, concise communications for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic communications plans to support the President and EVP of Strategy and Growth.
• Create messaging for external audiences across press, social media, and public speaking.
• Produce original content including briefing documents, talking points, and news releases.
• Manage media relationships and craft responses to inquiries.
• Advise leaders on key issues and coordinate internal/external messaging.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure consistent communications across platforms.
• Measure effectiveness of communications tactics.
