The role offers a base salary of $265,000–$305,000 annually, full-time hours, and benefits including medical/dental coverage, PTO, CME funding, FTCA liability coverage, and potential loan repayment programs.

Qualifications

• MD with residency completed.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in New Jersey (or eligibility).
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or related specialty.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience supervising providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and clinical leadership for all medical services and patient care programs.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate all clinical providers.
• Lead provider recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and development.
• Oversee credentialing, privileging, peer review, and scope-of-practice determinations.
• Establish and maintain productivity standards and conduct monthly provider performance reviews.
• Lead clinical quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as clinical sponsor for organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Maintain an active patient panel and provide direct patient care within scope.
• Present clinical performance matters to the Board of Directors.
• Represent clinical staff interests in executive decisions.
