Job summary

Ideal candidate has a bachelor's in public or business administration, 7–10 years in municipal government, 5 years of supervision, CPM or MPA credits, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of municipal government/public administration experience preferred.
• 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience required; CPM/MPA credits may count as experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee municipal operations and support effective service delivery.
• Lead and coordinate across departments; align with City Manager's priorities.
• Lead special projects, strategic initiatives, and budget development.
• Prepare reports, recommendations, and represent the City with officials and stakeholders.
