A Luxury Hotel in the Virginia/DC area is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team. The ideal candidate has strong background in fine dining, menu creation, banquets and casual dining.

Responsibilities include creating menus, overseeing all culinary outlets, training staff, and collaborating with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Minimum 2 years as an Executive Chef at a hotel and heavy banquet/multi-unit experience at upscale properties are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as an Executive Chef at Hotel
• Heavy banquet and multi-unit experience with large, upscale hotels
• Strong background in fine dining, menu creation, banquets and casual dining

Responsibilities

• Create and execute menus for Restaurant
• Oversee all culinary outlets on the property
• Train and develop the culinary team, ensuring a positive work environment
