The role emphasizes menu creation, cost management, inventory control, and collaboration with marketing and culinary teams to roll out new programs. A culinary degree and 3–5 years of management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience required.
• Previous experience managing cost controls.
