Ignite Medical Resorts Norman is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our dining services for residents and guests. The role focuses on creating high-quality dining experiences, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring patient and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include menu planning, supervisory duties, inventory management, and collaborating with clinical and hospitality teams to maintain a superior rapid rehabilitation environment.

Competenze

• Certified Dietary Manager certification is required.
• Experience supervising cooks and dining staff is essential.
• Ability to plan and adjust menus.
• Experience ordering and monitoring inventory.
• Skilled at accommodating guests with dining options and restrictions.
