Job summary

Eurest is seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary program at the Delta One Lounge at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure exceptional food quality, and develop innovative menus in a premium lounge setting for discerning travelers.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of developing high-performing teams while upholding luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive culinary experience, incl. 3+ years in a Chef de Cuisine/Executive role.
• 5+ years of fine dining in upscale environments.
• Experience in premium airport lounges or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Proven leadership of culinary teams in high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of classical & contemporary culinary techniques, menu development, and sourcing.
• Experience with VIP service, tasting menus, and upscale buffets.
• Knowledge of food cost management, labor planning, and inventory controls.
• Certifications such as ServSafe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary operations with focus on quality and presentation.
• Oversee food production and execution of all menu offerings.
• Develop seasonal menus and culinary programs with corporate leadership.
• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing culinary team.
• Drive innovation and luxury hospitality standards in service periods.
