Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in culinary arts or equivalent education/experience
• 7–10 years of progressive culinary experience with 5+ years in large-scale catering
• Experience managing complex event logistics and multiple concurrent functions
• Strong supervisory and people-management skills
• Proficiency in cost understanding and catering profitability metrics
• Experience coordinating with event planners and campus stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of food production, menu development, and event execution for Tufts catering
• Provide hands-on leadership, staff development, and fiscal oversight
