Job summary

Sodexo Live! at the University of Missouri is seeking a culinary leader to standardize operations, mentor teams, and craft innovative menus for diverse client needs across campus venues.

You will oversee procurement, design menus balancing creativity with nutrition, and build strong client partnerships while driving continuous improvement in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Requirements include associate or bachelor degree, 1-3 years management in culinary settings, ServSafe/HACCP

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of management experience in culinary operations.
  • 1–3 years related experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of streamlined culinary systems for consistency and success.
  • Mentor and develop a dedicated team to grow future leaders.
  • Oversee procurement and purchasing of ingredients and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Design menus balancing creativity, client needs, and nutrition.
