Job summary

Levy, the dining partner at the University of Oklahoma, seeks an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. You will lead a team of associates and ensure safety and sanitation across the operation.

Key responsibilities include managing cost controls, planning and creating menus, purchasing and inventory management, and rolling out new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and the culinary team.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience essential.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.

Working as an Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for adining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:
