Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account in California. You will lead a team of associates and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met while driving culinary excellence.

The role requires strong cost controls, menu development, and inventory management, with a track record in high-volume production and catering. You will collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to roll out new programs and elevate service.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.

Job Summary

Working as an Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for adining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:
