Job summary

Mercury Technologies, Inc. is seeking its first Executive Producer to establish Creative Production within Brand Creative. You’ll lead production across our most ambitious campaigns, building a scalable network of agencies and production partners while personally producing the top projects.

You will shape production across film, photography, motion, experiential, digital, and integrated work, ensuring bold ideas are protected and timelines, budgets, and quality are balanced.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex, multidisciplinary creative production.
• Proven ability to own large-scale campaigns and multiple projects.
• Strong financial and operational judgment with budgeting experience.
• Experience building production systems and networks of suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own production across Brand Creative campaigns, balancing priorities, capacity, staffing, budgets, timelines, and risk.
• Lead our most ambitious campaigns from concept through delivery across film, photography, motion, and digital work.
• Turn ambitious ideas into production plans that hold up against timing and budget constraints.
• Build and lead an external network of agencies, studios, and production partners.
• Establish a production system that makes high-quality work repeatable across projects.
• Keep leaders grounded in the real state of work, decisions, and risks.
• Collaborate with Brand Creative leadership to raise work quality and grow the in-house team.
