Lupin Ltd. seeks a physiotherapist leader to act as a link between Team Leader, junior physios and patients. You will monitor care delivered, provide teleconsults and home-based care, and lead a team to improve patient outcomes.

The role includes supervising junior staff, developing protocols, and contributing to research through clinical work and publications.

Qualificações

Graduation in Physiotherapy.
Masters in Physiotherapy.
Proven ability to lead and develop clinical staff.

Responsabilidades

Act as a link between Team leader, junior physios and patients.
Monitor care delivered and provide consults including Tele consults and home-based care.
Lead, influence and motivate staff.
Supervise junior staff and oversee their development including training.
Facilitate better recovery for patients by providing goal-based care.
Supervise and set up protocols for junior physios and maintain records.
Involve in clinical decision making and monitor patient progress at intervals.
Translate clinical expertise into research and publish findings.
