Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Director to lead a dedicated team delivering high‑quality care to residents. You will collaborate with the Health Services Director and external partners to ensure vibrant, compliant care across the community.

You will recruit, coach and supervise MedTechs and RA staff, manage schedules to meet Brightview standards and budget, and participate in resident assessments and family meetings to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health care, social science, or business discipline, with at least three years in health care, senior living, or a strong service environment.
• Two years in a supervisory role, preferably in a 24x7 setting.
• Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others to innovate and excel.
• Strong communication skills in English, with diverse groups of residents, families and associates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to quickly learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise MedTechs and Resident Assistants delivering ADL services.
• Develop, monitor and adjust work schedules to meet staffing and budget requirements.
• Conduct rounds and resident assessments to identify needs and changes in condition.
• Assist in Resident Services Plan development and participate in resident/family meetings.
• Lead new hire training and monthly in‑service trainings.
