A global investment management firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Private Capital Formation and the team in New York. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of administrative experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This full-time position requires in-office presence four days a week, with a flexible work environment and a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $100,000.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Head of the Private Capital Formation, as well as the growing team in the New York Office. The Executive Assistant will also work with the Business Manager to drive initiatives and should feel empowered to make decisions on behalf of leadership. This role requires someone to act as a thought partner to the team, while contributing strategically and operationally to the team\'s success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex situations with poise and professionalism. The Capital Formation team at Wellington Management plays a pivotal role in driving the firm\'s private investment strategy, fundraising efforts, and client engagement. The team was created to unify sales and product functions into a dedicated effort aimed at accelerating the growth of Wellington\'s Private Investments platform. The team\'s mission is to: drive fundraising; enhance client relationships and strategic capital partnerships; support product development.
Typical work schedule is 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with flexibility and overtime as necessary. This position requires in-office presence 4 days a week with 1 day remote. Occasional off-hours support for urgent matters and planned events may be required.

Our compensation approach is designed to attract, inspire and retain top talent. The base salary range for this position is USD 55,000 - 100,000, with additional components of total compensation including discretionary bonuses and benefits.
