Morgan Stanley is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its leadership team in Midtown Manhattan. The role will manage complex calendars, book travel, arrange accommodations and ground transport, and vet meeting requests.

You will prepare presentations, provide meeting summaries, handle expenses with pre-approvals, and participate in events and project work across offices. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to interact with senior executives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Familiarity with Morgan Stanley and the financial services industry is required.
  • Excellent organization, time management and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter able to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex schedules and proactively resolve conflicts for senior executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels and ground transportation.
  • Vet and prioritize meeting requests and external appearances.
  • Organize and submit expenses with pre-approvals as required.
  • Prepare presentations and provide meeting summaries.
  • Shadow executives and assist on department projects and events.
