Fermilab, America’s premier laboratory for particle physics and accelerator research, seeks an Executive Assistant to the Director in Batavia, IL. This onsite role supports a leader with limited supervision and requires independent decision-making and problem solving.
You will manage a complex schedule, coordinate travel, prepare meeting materials, and handle confidential information with discretion while supporting high-priority initiatives across the Directorate and Center Directors.
$41.43-$50.53.

Under limited supervision, reports to and supports a leaderwithin the Directorate or a Center Director by performing a variety of executive-leveladministrative duties that require a high degree of independent decision-making and problemresolution. The combination of specific duties varies depending on the needs of the assignment.
