Axios is a leading media company seeking a true superstar executive assistant to manage the life of our CEO, author, columnist, and public speaker. You will juggle schedules, anticipate needs, and solve problems with discretion.
Reporting to the CEO’s Chief of Staff, you’ll coordinate travel, interact with executives, clients and family, and support the other co-founder, Mike Allen. The role blends strategic impact with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.

Why it matters: This Executive Assistant will be a calm, capable, unflappable and enthusiastic puzzle-solver reporting to the CEO’s Chief of Staff.

Starting salary for this role is in the range of $95,000 - $130,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills. This range does not include other compensation and benefits.
