SaintFrancisHealthcareSystem is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative support, coordinate activities for the Board of Directors, and manage strategic projects assigned by the CEO.
The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience supporting executives.
The Executive Assistant to the CEO performs and provides administrative support to the CEO, administrative coordination and support for the Board of Directors and manages projects designated by the CEO. The position requires organization, flexibility and reliability in order to appropriately set priorities, problem solve and manage multiple responsibilities. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and a professional demeanor, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, detail‑oriented work environment. The role facilitates access and communication without becoming an independent intermediary. Success requires exceptional judgement, discretion, organization, follow‑through, composure, and service in a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment.
