A leading private equity firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Head of Business Development. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic, fast-paced team focused on investor relations, fundraising, and strategic growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of administrative experience within private equity, investment management, or financial services, with a strong understanding of how to operate in a high-touch, confidential, and deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Business Development, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning
- Prepare and organize materials for investor meetings, roadshows, and business development activities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics and follow-ups are handled with precision
- Track and manage communications, priorities, and deadlines across multiple ongoing initiatives
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and client deliverables in collaboration with the Investor Relations and Marketing teams
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy of investor data and activity tracking
- Serve as a liaison between the Head of Business Development and internal stakeholders, portfolio companies, and external partners
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and proactively support the efficiency of the Business Development function
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional within private equity, investment management, or financial services
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable interfacing with senior executives and investors
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, DealCloud) a plus
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
