Job description

Our client is seeking a senior executive assistant to provide executive support for the CEO in the HQ office in NYC. This position reports directly to the CEO and is expected in office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support for the CEO and select team members
  • Professional and personal calendar management for the CEO
  • Optimizes itineraries for efficient trip management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including but not limited to flight, car, and hotel accommodations, dinner reservations, etc. for complex international travel
  • Serve as go-to point of contact for internal and external communications with CEO
  • Act as main point of contact among CEO’s networks
  • Helps prioritize CEO’s schedule
  • Detailed scheduling and organization for key company activities (e.g., investment committee, leadership retreat)
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in executive assistant, administration roles in senior leadership settings
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Operations or similar)
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
  • Self-driven customer focused attitude
  • Ability to deliver premier customer experience with comfort around senior executives
  • Highly dedicated and willing to go the extra mile (outside regular office hours if necessary)
  • Intuitive and able to manage and build systems and relationships in complex organizations
