About This Role: As the Executive Assistant to an Executive Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operations of the executive leadership office. Situated within the PO&T team, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate high-impact engagements, and foster proactive communication across the organization. By collaborating closely with other Executive Assistants and the Chief of Staff's office, your efforts will align priorities, support leadership forums, and drive strategic initiatives. You will serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders across the organization and externally, ensuring consistency and connectivity in enterprise-wide activities. Your role is instrumental in supporting the Executive Officer's vision and contributing to broader organizational success. Additionally, you will oversee travel arrangements for the Executive Officer and other PO&T leadership members, provide in-person support during international strategic sessions, and lead elements of PO&T engagements as required. This is an onsite role to be based at our Headquarters in Cambridge, MA.

The base compensation range for this role is: $104,000.00-$136,000.00. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
