Responsibilities include calendar management, scheduling meetings and travel, handling confidential information, coordinating with vendors and family, and staying several steps ahead in a changing schedule.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of experience directly supporting a high-level executive, founder, entrepreneur, celebrity, or other high-profile/demanding principal.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion.
  • Experience managing both professional and personal/family logistics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an extremely busy and constantly changing calendar.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, and commitments.
  • Manage personal and family schedules and logistics.
  • Make restaurant, hotel, travel reservations.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel with a travel agent.
  • Manage itineraries and ensure all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Keep track of appointments, deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with executives, clients, vendors, staff, friends, family, and other contacts as needed.
