  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent executor who will seek answers and direction when needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and execute tasks with precision.
  • Proficient in productivity tools including Excel, OneNote, Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Must have initiative and be able to exercise judgment; project management skills are crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules for meetings, arrange appointments, schedule visitors, maintain calendars, manage expenses, and plan complex travel.
  • Thrive with minimal supervision and take charge, making decisions as needed.
  • Plan and support team events and collaborate with cross functional global teams both remotely and in office.
  • Work closely with other Executive Admins to assist with meeting awareness and readiness for leaders and the organization.
  • Handle communications and assemble sensitive information; uphold the company Code of Ethics.
  • Perform duties as assigned and proactively identify conflicts/needs to resolve them.

Responsibilities

  • Handles correspondence and assembles sensitive information.
  • Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting violations of the Code or company policies.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Computer use in an office environment. Role is primarily based in our F5 office in San Jose.

Salary and Benefits

The annual base pay for this position is: $90,700.00 - $136,100.00 F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Hybrid / Remote Work Options

Hybrid: Employees within 30 commutable miles of an F5 office are required to work from the office a minimum of 30 business days per quarter. Remote: Primarily work from designated home location but can come into an F5 office to work or travel to an offsite location as needed.
