The Executive Assistant role will plan, organize, and execute leaders’ events around the country and around the world. This role helps coordinate the travel itineraries for the executive leadership team, as well as the detailed planning and preparation that goes into supporting the leadership team in the office. Ensuring successful trips and events with the executive leadership team requires frequent interaction with the full range of Company internal departments, points of contact, and outside entities. You will provide scheduling management and logistical coordination for the Executive leadership team. This role will join a committed and efficient team that plays an integral role in the functioning of Rolls‑Royce North America.

Other duties in the HQ office include greeting guests, answering phones, fielding general inquiries, scheduling conference rooms, and accepting packages or other deliveries.

Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. Pay Range Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range. $39.93 - $59.89-Hourly Location: Reston, VA
