  • Coordinate corporate matters at group level, ensuring smooth communication and execution across business units and geographies

  • Track and follow up on action items, decisions, and deliverables arising from meetings and strategic discussions

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion at all times

  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, accurately representing the Board Member’s interests in fast-moving situations

  • Travel extensively and be based abroad for extended periods (up to 6 months per year) alongside the Board Member

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience also valued

  • Prior experience in the area - as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Project Manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership or board level, ideally in a corporate, holding, or multinational environment

  • Willingness to relocate within Europe immediately (must)

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and stay abroad for up to 6 months per year (must)

Essential Skills

  • Absolute discretion, trustworthiness, and reliability

  • Perfect written and spoken English

  • Highly professional presence and judgment, able to represent the Board Member in high-stakes settings

  • Flexible, open-minded, and agile personality

  • Quick to think on their feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple strategic threads at once

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and seniority levels

  • Comfortable operating at group/holding level, across multiple business units and geographies
