LMR is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), providing enterprise administrative support. Candidates must hold a current, active TS/SCI security clearance.

Job Description:

The EA will support various NGA offices, requiring highly experienced administrative support. The role involves managing complex tasks independently, supporting office functions, and handling multiple priorities efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience supporting mid- to upper-management administrative needs.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and execute a broad range of administrative responsibilities.
  • Strong judgment and adaptability to guidelines and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with DTS, FTR, JTR, and NGA applications is preferred.
  • Must have a TS/SCI security clearance.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of experience, or
  • Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years of experience, or
  • High School Diploma with at least 8 years of experience.
