A leading communications platform is looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leaders. This pivotal role involves managing calendars, acting as a liaison across departments, and preparing meetings while ensuring confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience as an executive assistant, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. The position allows for remote work within the U.S., with a preference for East Coast candidates to support collaboration efforts.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders at Zoom. This role is pivotal in facilitating the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue-generating activities.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum: $65,400.00
Maximum: $158,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
