Odyssey is seeking someone to support our leadership team across executive logistics, office operations, and day‑to‑day execution. This is a hands‑on, high‑trust role for someone who is fast‑moving, highly organized, low‑ego, and energized by making executives, teams, and offices more effective. You will serve as the CEO’s go‑to person for all things logistics & execution. You will also own Palo Alto office operations while the team is small, including running the day‑to‑day experience of our Palo Alto office, making sure it is warm, organized, visitor‑ready, and a place where people genuinely want to work.
This is a front‑row seat to company‑building at a frontier AI company. You will work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff, build the operating systems that help the company scale, and become the trusted person who turns ambiguity into completed work.
This role is based in Palo Alto and requires in‑person attendance at our office five days per week.
