Dow Jones is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer in New York City. The role requires five days in the office, handling calendars, travel, and leadership meeting logistics while ensuring a seamless operation for the People team.
You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and the People Leadership Team, organizing events, managing confidential information, and delivering an outstanding executive experience daily.
We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Dow Jones Chief People Officer (CPO). This is an exciting opportunity to be at the center of a dynamic, global People organization, partnering with senior leaders to keep priorities moving and ensuring the team operates seamlessly every day.
Using a high degree of judgment, discretion, and initiative, you'll manage complex calendars, coordinate global meetings and travel, organize leadership meetings and events, prepare materials, and help bring People Team and culture initiatives to life. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for leaders, employees, and guests while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
