Job description

THE POSITION

Our roster has an opening with your name on it

We’re looking for a driven, detail-obsessed, and highly collaborative Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders across New Ventures, Television, and Legal in FanDuel’s Los Angeles office.

This is not your average EA role. It’s a springboard. You’ll be the engine behind the scenes helping to keep our leaders focused, prepared, and moving fast. In return, you’ll gain a front-row seat to how new products are launched, strategic decisions are made, and how ideas become reality at one of the most innovative brands in sports entertainment. Previous teammates in this role have gone on to thrive in positions within our Product and Events teams, because this job is designed to be a launching pad.

If you’re organized, tenacious, proactive, and hungry to grow your impact beyond your title—this is your moment.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
  • Provide day‑to‑day executive support to senior leaders, managing calendars, travel, priorities, and project flow with finesse.
  • Be the eyes and ears of the team - keeping tabs on what’s happening, anticipating needs, and solving problems before they escalate.
  • Own meeting coordination end‑to‑end: finding the right times, shaping agendas, occasionally helping to prepare materials, and capturing and tracking follow‑ups.
  • Collaborate with other department assistants across FanDuel and external partners to ensure projects stay on track and communication flows smoothly.
  • Support the coordination of leadership off‑sites, all‑staff meetings, and key team events that bring strategy to life.
  • Handle expense reports, travel logistics, and vendor invoicing quickly and accurately.
  • Represent the team with professionalism and discretion, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and brand ambassador.
  • Help us stay organized, focused, and operating at peak performance - always improving how we work.
  • Take on special projects and stretch assignments that push you beyond traditional admin tasks - this is where the growth happens.
THE STATS
  • 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred—but curiosity, hustle, and EQ matter even more.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flawless attention to detail, especially under pressure. You sweat the small stuff.
  • Natural problem solver with a can‑do attitude - resourceful, proactive, and unflappable.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a relationship‑builder at every level.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams without losing focus.
  • A team player who lifts others up and sees success as a shared outcome.
  • Interest in sports, gaming, media, or entertainment is a plus - but your passion for learning and growing is what will really stand out.
