As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. This position is vital to maintaining efficient communication, organization, and coordination within the company.

As an Executive Assistant at Kids First Health Care, you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at improving healthcare services for children in the community. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and financial statements.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a related administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
